Luxe Stay Near Airport

Absolutely disgusting everything! All reviews are fake, a fake review was written in my name, which I did not write!! I had to contact support to have the review removed so that I could write a real one. This is outrageous! Before choosing this hotel, think about whether you want to be deceived and throw money away. I booked and paid for a room through the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, we were asked to pay some kind of city tax. In the app, in the payment information, it was clearly written that all taxes and fees are included, in the support chat they told me that we do not have to pay anything at the hotel, however, they refused to check us in without paying a fictitious tax, the amount of which was equal to half the cost of one night!!!! 10 minutes later, a hotel employee said that the management allowed us to pay only half the amount of this tax. It was late, we had a lot of things, going to another hotel, given that the room in this one was already paid for, was pointless! In the end, we had to pay. The room is disgusting, the bed is dirty, the room is cold. Instead of paying for reviews, clean up your hotel and stop deceiving people!
